SHIPPING POLICY

At Evelisse Jewels, we want your shopping experience to be safe, secure, and reliable. That's why we're sharing our shipping policy, where you'll find information on delivery methods, times, costs, and conditions.

Shipping Methods and Coverage

We ship to most municipalities in Colombia through certified carriers that guarantee safety and compliance. The product will arrive at the address registered at the time of purchase, properly packaged to protect it during transit.

Delivery Times

  • Bucaramanga: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Major cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other destinations: up to 7 business days, depending on carrier coverage.

Delivery times begin once payment or order confirmation (in the case of cash on delivery) is approved.

Important:

  • The deadlines begin once payment or order confirmation (in the case of cash on delivery) is approved.

  • Orders confirmed before 3:00 pm are processed on the same business day.

  • Orders confirmed after 3:00 pm will be counted from the next business day.

  • Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday begin counting on the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will depend on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This will be calculated during the checkout process and will be notified before finalizing payment. Occasionally, we may offer promotions with free shipping.

Payment on Delivery

We offer cash-on-delivery options in major cities, provided the carrier has coverage. Payment can be made in cash (the exact amount is recommended) or via credit card, depending on availability.

Delivery Recommendations

The product may be received by any adult at the indicated address. If the package is damaged or broken upon delivery, please note the incident on the carrier's receipt and return it immediately. We will notify you via WhatsApp at 322 702 8471 or by email at info@evelissejewels.com.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At Evelisse Jewels, we strive to offer you the highest quality products. However, if you need to exchange or request a refund, please read our policy:

Changes

We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request it:

  1. Write to us at info@evelissejewels.com

  2. Contact our team at 322 702 8471 to coordinate the return in Bucaramanga.

Goods Exempt from Reimbursement

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Gift Cards.

  • Promotional or gift products.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for your purchase, within an estimated period of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you still don't see your refund reflected:

  1. Please check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer.

  3. If you still haven't received your refund after this, please contact us at info@evelissejewels.com or 322 702 8471.

Return Shipping

  • Do not return products to the payment platform.

  • All returns must be coordinated in advance with our customer service team in Bucaramanga.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • The arrival time for an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

This warranty and refund policy applies only to Gold Plated products.
